Several injured people were found during an incident in Phoenix on Wednesday morning.
Phoenix police responded to an apartment near 19th Avenue and Bethany Home Road after reports of several injuries around 10 a.m.
Police are saying a suspect or suspects "cut" several victims, and the victims were involved in criminal activity when they sustained injuries.
