Police are searching for a missing Phoenix man.
Manuel Smith, 46, was last seen on Saturday afternoon near 3rd Avenue and Willetta Street, a police spokesperson said.
According to police, Smith has multiple medical conditions that may cause him to appear confused or disoriented.
He's described as being 5'10", 150 pounds with brown eyes and a shaved head.
