A restaurant business is branching out in the Valley, and they're looking for workers to help make it all happen.

The owners of Luci's Healthy Marketplace are opening Pomelo Luci's at The Orchard on 12th Street, between Northern and Glendale Avenues. They're hoping to hire 80 people for the new restaurant by hosting a job fair Wednesday until 6 p.m.

Open positions include hosts, restaurant managers, sous chefs, cooks, dishwashers, servers and bartenders.  You can also apply online.

Pomelo Luci's at The Orchard was a citrus farm in the early 1900's. It has a 30-foot water tower in the center of a two-acre property surrounded by more than 80 citrus trees.

The space is divided into three areas. Pomelo will be a full-service restaurant with a courtyard and multiple patios. There will also be private dining options. Splurge will be an ice cream and candy shop. Luci's will be a marketplace with a drive-thru. There will also be a splash pad and picnic area.

Since the venue is not currently open to the public, people are asked to park across the street at Our Savior Lutheran Church and walk over. It's expected to open in April.
