PHOENIX — Several parts of the Valley have received more than an inch of rain -- some even receiving more than two inches of rain -- on Monday, after storms brought rain, high winds, even a reported tornado to the area.
Most of the gauges that received the most rain were in northeast Mesa and Apache Junction, Fountain Hills, Carefree, and Cave Creek.
