Police are asking for help in locating a man wanted for an armed robbery at a convenience store earlier this year.
On May 17, around 9:30 p.m., police said a man entered the Circle K near 43rd Avenue and Camelback Road.
He selected a drink and approached the counter, according to Silent Witness. He then demanded money from the clerk.
While the store employee was getting the money from the register, the suspect cut the wires to the change dispenser. Police said the man drove off with the money and change dispenser in a light-colored SUV.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic man, about 30 years old, and around 6'0" and 150 pounds. He was wearing a gray hoodie, black pants and black shoes with white stripes at the time of the robbery, according to police.
