Police released a sketch this week of one of the suspects in a deadly south Phoenix stabbing.
According to the Phoenix Police Department, the suspects in a Nov. 22 stabbing that happened near 7th Avenue and Buckeye Road may be 16 and 14 years old.
Police said the victim, 24 year-old German Del Bosque, was stabbed several times with a knife around 8 p.m. while walking with his girlfriend.
"I just pray that guy will turn himself in and pay for what he did," said Maria Ruelas, Del Bosque's grandmother.
Ruelas said Del Bosque and his girlfriend planned to get married next month. Instead, their family will be burying him next week.
Based on witness reports, a sketch shows one of suspects is a Hispanic girl believed to be as young as 14 years old.
She is described as 5 feet tall, weighing 100 pounds with dark, poofy hair.
The other suspect is a Hispanic boy, possibly 16 years old about 5 feet 8 inches and weighing 150 pounds.
Both of the suspects were reported to be riding dark-colored BMX or Mongoose-style bikes.
Police say they do not know what prompted the attack.
If you have any information on these suspects, you are urged to call the Phoenix Police Department at 602-262-7626 or Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS.
