Officials at the Phoenix Veterans Affairs Health Care System say surgeries are scheduled to resume Monday.
Surgeries were postponed Wednesday for the rest of this week because of technical difficulties with the operation room ventilation system.
That affected 57 veterans, who were either rescheduled for surgery at the Phoenix VA or scheduled with community providers with the support of Tri West and the Veterans Choice Program.
VA officials say a thorough review of the operating room and its key mechanical and cleaning systems has been conducted.
They say testing completed in the past few days indicates that the systems meet all established standards for safe patient car.
