An off duty Phoenix firefighter helped rescue a man who was stuck in a palm tree Saturday.
It happened near 7th and Northern avenues around 1 p.m.
Phoenix fire says the man was stuck under the weight of the palm tree trimmings, while still in the tree.
The man was in his 40’s and was transported to a nearby hospital in stable condition.
