A vacant home caught fire overnight in Phoenix.
Firefighters were called to a home near 19th and Northern avenues where crews found large amounts of fire coming from the attic space, according to officials.
The interior of the house was spared from damage as crews were able to extinguish the fire and control its spread, including protecting nearby structures.
No one was in the home at the time and no injuries were reported, said Phoenix Fire.
Northern Avenue was temporarily closed for a few hours, but has since reopened.
