PHOENIX — Holidays may look a lot different this year thanks to the pandemic, but one thing remains constant: many Arizona families will need help putting food on the table.

The Phoenix Rescue Mission and Hope for Hunger Food Bank are looking for donations of thousands of Thanksgiving turkeys to help feed families in need.

This year, Phoenix Rescue Mission's Annual Frozen Turkey Saturday aims to collect at least 2,000 turkeys to be distributed later this month.

The drive-thru donation event takes place this Saturday, Nov. 14, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Hope For Hunger Food Bank (5605 N. 55th Ave., Glendale, 85301).
