Wednesday will be declared "Be the Match " day in Phoenix, and Wells Fargo is doing their part to help.
Mayor Greg Stanton will make it official at a marrow donor registry drive in the lobby at Wells Fargo.
Everyone is encouraged to sign up and provide a cheek swab. For thousands of people with blood cancer like leukemia, a marrow transplant is their only hope for life.
The drive was set up by a Wells Fargo employee's son.
Jason Scott Clark was diagnosed with leukemia in 2008. He says he's alive today because a 'generous stranger' said 'yes' to being a marrow donor.
Clark said he's now paying it forward so other patients can find a donor and get the transplant they need to live a full life.
