PHOENIX — At least two people are hurt after a wrong-way crash in Phoenix.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety says it happened around 1:15 Sunday morning on southbound Interstate 17 just before Buckeye Road.
Troopers at the scene say impairment is suspected to be a factor.
The I-17 was closed all morning while investigators looked into the crash.
The current condition of the people involved hasn't been released.
