A four-year-old boy has been rushed to the hospital after being pulled from a pool in Phoenix on Monday afternoon.
According to Phoenix fire officials, the child may have been underwater for 30 to 60 seconds. Bystanders were reportedly doing CPR when rescue crews arrived on scene at the home near 7th Street and Greenway Parkway.
The boy was taken to a pediatric emergency hospital. Upon arrival, crews reported that the boy was awake and crying. He is expected to be ok.
It was not immediately known if the pool was enclosed by a fence or not.
