Southbound Interstate 17 has reopened at Dunlap Avenue after a bus and a commercial vehicle collided on Tuesday morning.
The crash blocked the HOV and left lanes forcing a 3-mile backup.
The Department of Public Safety said no injuries were reported and crews were investigating. The backups eased out around 9 a.m.
