PHOENIX — Crews with the Phoenix Fire Department battled a house fire early Sunday morning.
Officials tell ABC15 that firefighters from Phoenix and Glendale were called to a house near 43rd Avenue and Greenway Road around 3:30 a.m.
When they arrived the single-level home was engulfed in flames. The fire was reported coming through the roof.
Crews were able to get a handle on it quickly and put the fire put out.
It's unclear who lived inside or if they were home at the time, but officials say nobody was hurt.
The cause of it remains under investigation.
