PHOENIX — A man is being treated at a hospital after getting burned during a fire in Phoenix.
Officials with the Phoenix Fire Department say crews were called to an apartment early Friday near 29th Avenue and Greenway Road.
Firefighters quickly deployed hand-lines into the interior for search, rescue, and attack where firefighters were able to quickly get control of a stove fire.
A 50-year-old man suffered minor burns and was taken to a hospital in stable condition.
One person will be displaced due to the fire and the Phoenix Fire Crisis team is assisting.
No firefighter injuries were reported on scene. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
