Officials are investigating a serious single vehicle rollover in north Phoenix.
The crash happened around 4:00 a.m. on Wednesday near 7th Street and Thunderbird Road.
Phoenix police said a man was driving eastbound when he lost control of his vehicle, hit a median and rolled his vehicle several times.
The driver was transported to the hospital with serious injuries.
Impairment is suspected as a factor in the crash, police said.
The intersection is expected to be closed for several hours.
