Police arrested a man who is accused of sexually assaulting his boyfriend's unconscious girlfriend while she was intoxicated.

According to court paperwork, a roommate moved out from an apartment studio near 23rd Avenue and Beardsley Road which he rented with 30-year-old Kyle Hall because Hall was acting strangely.

When confronted about his strange behavior, Hall admitted to his roommate via a recorded phone call that he would sexually assault his roommate's 21-year-old girlfriend while she was sleeping at the apartment.

Hall said he assaulted the woman seven times while she was passed out, and he would wait until the woman's boyfriend would go to work to inappropriately touch her.

Hall said the woman did not give him permission in any of the incidents; the woman noticed some of her personal belongings like her glasses, purse and towel she would wrap around herself while she slept were out of place when she would wake up.

In the call, Hall asked for forgiveness and cried.

Police interviewed the man who said he only confessed because he feared the victim's boyfriend would "beat him up."

Hall was booked into jail on seven counts of sexual assault and four counts of sexual abuse and kidnapping charges.
