Officials say a man has been taken into custody after a barricade situation at DeVry University in Phoenix.
Phoenix police say a man, who is not a student at the campus, walked into a classroom at 19th Avenue and Dunlap Road and locked himself in a room.
Police believe the subject had a knife. No threats were made to the students or campus. Some students were relocated for their safety.
Around 11 a.m., police said the person was taken into custody.
No further information was released.
