PD: Man arrested for voyeurism at 3 Phoenix locations

Police have arrested a man accused in multiple voyeurism incidents around Phoenix.

Sgt. Alan Pfohl said between July 9 and 18, Vincent Rios is believed to have committed four acts of voyeurism involving three victims at three separate locations.

Pfohl said one incident happened at a Homewood Suites near 29th Avenue and Beardsley Road, one at a JCPenney store at 17th Avenue and Bethany Home Road, and a third at a PetSmart store near I-17 and Pinnacle Peak Road. In the PetSmart incident, police said the suspect spied on a woman inside the store bathroom on July 14 around 9:15 a.m.

Rios was arrested on Wednesday and booked on four counts of voyeurism as well as one count of possession of dangerous drugs.

Pfohl credited the arrest to help from the public.

Details around the JCPenney and hotel voyeurism incidents have not been released.
