Phoenix police looking for two suspects who were involved in a deadly shooting

Authorities are asking the public to help identify two suspects involved in a homicide near 16th Avenue and Bell Road.

Police say 34-year-old Luciano De’Oliveira answered his door around 9 a.m. on August 5 to two Hispanic males. The victim, De’Oliveira, stepped outside and was shot by one of the suspects.

The two suspects then fled the scene in a black, newer model vehicle. One is described as a Hispanic male, 30 to 40 years old, 6’0”, 280 lbs., with a thin mustache. He was wearing a gray T-shirt, baggy blue jeans, and brown boots at the time of the incident.

Suspect two is described as a Hispanic male, 20 to 30 years old, 5’9”, 130 lbs., thin build, and clean shaven. Wearing a black shirt, blue jean shorts, and a black baseball style cap.

De’Oliveira died as a result of his injury.

Silent Witness is asking anyone with information to step forward.

A reward of 1,000 dollars is being offered for any information that leads to arrests.
