Ricardo Carrera-Banuelos is back out on the streets after just getting arrested for taking pictures up a girl's skirt.
According to court paperwork, the incident happened in December 2015. The suspect walked into the Goodwill near 41st Avenue and Thunderbird and saw a young girl wearing a skirt.
Police say he crouched down and took a quick picture. The flash drew the attention of the mother of the victim.
She confronted him and followed him out of the store.
Police say the woman was able to get a vehicle description, which helped officers identify him.
Carrera-Banuelos worked at a window cleaning company and was driving the company car at the time of the incident.
Police eventually caught up to him and arrested him. He admitted everything and says he likes woman's legs and just forgot to turn off the flash, according to court documents.
Carrera-Banuelos faces one count of surreptitious recording or photographing, a class 5 felony.
