A three-month investigation by the Arizona Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force resulted in the arrest of a Phoenix man who paid $100 for sex with undercover officers who were posing as a mother and daughter, Phoenix police said.

Court documents show that the task force answered an online personal ad, posing as a woman. A customer, 53-year-old Adam Anthony Klinger responded and asked the woman to arrange for him to have sex with her and her daughter, knowing she was under 15 years old, investigators said.

Police said they agreed to a price of $100 and planned to meet in the area of Interstate 17 and Bell Road on Dec. 30 around 3:30 p.m. As Klinger left his car, he was arrested by police.

Klinger has been charged with child prostitution and attempted sexual contact with a minor.
