Police are investigating a string of burglaries and thefts from Valley stores overnight.
Phoenix police responded to a Walgreens store at Cave Creek Road and Carefree Highway around 4:15 a.m. Wednesday where two people were seen breaking in.
Officials say both suspects were seen in dark-colored clothing and fled the area in a silver, two-door coupe after taking prescription drugs from the store.
Suspects with similar descriptions reportedly hit up stores in Glendale and Peoria as well. Glendale police say the store at 67th Avenue and Union Hills Drive was targeted around 3:45 a.m.
