Phoenix police have set up a command center at an apartment complex after a deadly shooting.
The shooting happened around 10:00 p.m. on Wedneday near 7th Street and Greenway Road at the Vaseo apartment complex.
According to Phoenix police, two neighbors were involved in a verbal argument that leads to one of the men shooting the other.
The man shot died on the scene. The suspect is still on the loose.
People who live in the apartment complex said the argument started outside of an apartment but spread into an open area of the complex.
A large presence of detectives and uniformed officers have gathered inside the apartment complex.
