Police: Two shot in Phoenix domestic violence incident

PHOENIX — Authorities say two people were shot Thursday night in north Phoenix.

Police responded to a home near 35th Avenue and Cactus around 7:30 p.m.

Officers say one man and one woman were taken to nearby hospitals. Their conditions were not immediately known.

Police said it appeared the incident involved domestic violence, but did not immediately provide further details.
