Authorities are investigating after a vehicle rolled over Wednesday morning on an overpass over Interstate 17.
A freeway camera shows what appears to be a black vehicle upside down and partially leaning against a fence on Glendale Avenue over I-17.

A man and a woman, both in their 30s, have been taken to the hospital with "serious, but non-life-threatning injuries," according to Department of Public Safety.
DPS said the vehicle exited the freeway at a high rate of speed and swerved to avoid hitting some poles. That action caused the vehicle to hit a curb, pop a tire and then flip, an official said.
It received the initial report at 3:08 a.m.
Restrictions were initially in place along southbound I-17 and Glendale Avenue, but those have since been lifted, according to Arizona Department of Transportation.
