Phoenix Police are looking for the driver who rolled their vehicle near 67th Avenue and Buckeye Road on Monday morning.
Surprisingly, the driver managed to get out of the severely damaged car and make a run for it.
The car took out part of a metal fence and a water main. Police believe a rock kicked up and hit the water main just right to bust it.
