A housing complex under construction in south Phoenix is a complete loss after a fire broke out overnight.
Emergency crews were called to the scene near Central Avenue and Dobbins Road where a working fire was reported early Thursday morning. When they arrived at the complex, they found six structures fully engulfed in flames.
Fire personnel were able to stop the fire from spreading to another set of structures, but the six buildings that caught fire are said to be a complete loss.
Officials tell ABC15 the complex was completely fenced in, so the fire is believed to be suspicious in nature at this time. Investigators are working to determine the cause.
No injuries were reported during the fire.
