PHOENIX — Phoenix police are investigating a shooting involving a "juvenile male" on Friday.
Just after midnight Friday, officers were called to the area of 24th Street and University Drive for reports of a shooting.
Officer located the male who had a gunshot wound. Investigators say he was shot after an altercation with an unknown male who ran from the scene.
The victim was taken to a hospital in critical condition.
