PHOENIX — Police have made an arrest after a man was hit and killed with a blunt object in Phoenix Monday night.
Officers were called to the area of 3rd Street and Southern Avenue around 8 p.m. where someone was seen hitting a 58-year-old man.
When police arrived, they found the victim, Randy Suell, who had blunt force trauma. He was pronounced dead after suffering severe head injuries.
Detectives developed probable cause to arrest 31-year-old Jose Pinon in connection with the man's murder.
Pinon was booked into jail.
There is no word on what led to the incident.
