Police say a missing 75-year-old man in south Phoenix was found safe.
The family of Neil Rice was concerned for his safety after he went missing around 10 a.m. Tuesday near 3rd Avenue and Baseline Road.
He was in town visiting family, according to Phoenix police.
Rice was located Wednesday morning in good health, police said.
