PHOENIX — Phoenix police are investigating a homicide that took place near 32nd Street and Baseline Road.
According to police, officers responded to a call for a shooting and car crash in the area around 12:30 a.m. Sunday.
Investigators say 71-year-old Harold Treadwell was shot from outside his vehicle while driving west on Baseline.
At this time, no suspect information is available.
