Police search for missing man in S. Phoenix

Phoenix police are asking for the public’s help to locate a 75-year-old man last seen Tuesday morning.

The family of Neil Rice is very concerned for his safety, according to Phoenix police.

Rice is in town visiting family and was last seen walking around 10 a.m. near 3rd Avenue and Baseline Road.

He is described as a black male, 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs 175 pounds and was last seen wearing a red and black shirt, blue jeans, black jacket and a black baseball hat with the letters PPG.

Rice is wearing prescription glasses and may walk with a limp, police said.
