An accident at South Mountain Park seriously injured three people and killed one individual on Thursday afternoon, officials said.
According to the Phoenix Police Department, a vehicle which was transporting four individuals was driving too fast when it left the road and hit a boulder and then rolled over.
Police said one individual was pronounced dead, and three people were transported to hospitals with serious injuries.
Images from Air15 showed one individual who was carried out on a stretcher and loaded into an ambulance from the scene.
Police are investigating the incident.
The names of the dead and injured haven't been released.
