An arrest has been made in a suspicious fire that forced a family of five out of their homes.
Fire crews were called to a house fire near 63rd Avenue and Thomas last week.
When they arrived, they saw a man on the roof of the house. Police are now charging Dennis Peralta with arson.
Court paperwork shows he admitted to setting a tree branch on fire while on the roof.
He told police he was being chased and trying to ward off the people chasing him.
