A 20-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a road rage crash on Interstate 10 Tuesday morning.
The six-vehicle crash happened just after 8:30 a.m. on westbound I-10 near 51st Avenue.
Juan C. Lopez was taken into custody Wednesday, according to Department of Public Safety officials.
According to DPS spokesman Bart Graves, another suspect in a Lincoln town car was chasing Lopez's pickup. At one point, the suspect's vehicle hit Lopez's truck and caused a chain-reaction crash.
Witnesses described the driver as "crazy", and said he was seen ramming into the side of a white pickup truck for miles as they drove down I-10.
No major injuries were reported, but video from the scene showed fire crews treating several drivers.
Troopers are still looking for the second driver.
To avoid being involved in a road rage incident, officials said make sure you comply with traffic laws, don't become emotional when you drive, avoid eye contact with angry drivers, protect yourself from liability with a dash-cam, and always call 911 for emergencies, or if you feel threatened.
Lopez is facing endangerment, assault and aggressive driving charges.
