Fifteen people were displaced Friday afternoon after an apartment building near 83rd Avenue and Indian School Road caught fire, according to the Phoenix Fire Department.
Fire officials said one unit caught fire and two others have smoke damage at the Terrace Park Apartments, leaving 10 adults and five children without a home on New Year’s Day.
No one was injured in the fire, and the cause of the blaze is under investigation.
