PHOENIX — Police say a 4-year-old boy has drowned at a pool party in west Phoenix Saturday night.
Police officials said at around 10 p.m., officers responded to an injured person call near 67th Avenue and Thomas Road.
Officers learned the boy was swimming at a pool party and had reportedly drowned.
Phoenix firefighters transported the boy to a local hospital where he later died.
Authorities said an investigation is underway but there are no signs of foul play at this time.
