Phoenix police are investigating a carjacking and shooting near 59th Avenue and McDowell Road Tuesday afternoon.
Fire officials said a man was taken to a hospital in stable condition after being shot in the leg shortly after 3 p.m.
No suspect information has been released, but Air15 captured the moment when officers placed someone in handcuffs and put him in the back of a police cruiser.
