PHOENIX — Police say four people were shot in a west Phoenix gas station parking lot early Friday morning.
Officers were called to the scene near 51st Avenue and McDowell Road before 2 a.m. in response to the shooting.
Four people at the scene were found with gunshot wounds and they were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police say the victims are a 35-year-old woman, two men who are 22 and 20 years old, and a 14-year-old boy.
Officials are working to determine what led to the shooting and identify a suspect. The initial caller reportedly told police there was a group of cars and a crowd of people in the area before shots were fired.
