PHOENIX, AZ — Authorities are investigating after a man was found dead inside a west Phoenix home Saturday afternoon.
Police say officers were called to the home near 35th and Peoria avenues around 12:35 p.m.
Family members reportedly arrived at the home to find the victim, 38-year-old Damon Ravi Grimes, with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Detectives say they are investigating this as a homicide. There is no suspect or other information available at this time.
