PHOENIX — Police are investigating the scene of a shooting that occurred early Thursday morning near 67th Avenue and McDowell Road.
According to Phoenix police, two men got into an altercation over a parking issue around 4:30 a.m. in the parking lot of a Circle K near the intersection listed.
One man allegedly shot the other, then drove away, according to police. The victim reportedly ran across the street to a nearby Mobil station and collapsed.
The shooting victim was transported to a nearby hospital in critical condition, police say.
The suspect is believed to be an adult male wearing a bright green shirt. The suspect drove away in a Ford pickup truck pulling a small cement mixer.
