Police investigating shooting in Tolleson; victim shot in shoulder, vehicle shot at least six times

Authorities are investigating a shooting Friday afternoon west of Phoenix.

According to police officers on scene, a motorist was shot in the shoulder and his or her vehicle shot at least six times.

Police said the shooting happened at an auto business near Harris and Van Buren in Tolleson, Arizona. The victim drove to 91st Avenue and Van Buren and flagged down an officer.

Police are gathering information from the victim and someone at the auto shop, police said.
