PHOENIX — Phoenix police are asking the public for any information on a deadly shooting that happened on June 25.
Police say 18-year-old Josiah Brisco was shot outside of his home near 107th Avenue and Broadway Road around 9 p.m.
Witnesses say Brisco answered a knock at the front door of his home and stepped outside. He was reportedly overheard having a conversation with someone before a gunshot was heard.
Brisco was found in front of the house and taken to the hospital, but he later died on June 28.
