Phoenix police are on scene investigating a deadly traffic collision involving a cement truck and a passenger car.
The incident happened around 1:30 a.m. on Thursday in the area of 45th Avenue and Indian School Road. According to initial information, it appears the cement truck turned left in front of the car.
A 30-year-old woman, the driver of the car, was killed in the crash. No other injuries were reported.
Indian School Road was closed in the area for the investigatio but has since reopened.
Neither speed or impairment appear to be factors in the crash.
