Several people were seriously hurt after a head-on crash in Phoenix on Friday night.
According to Phoenix fire, two vehicles crashed into each other head-on near 27th Avenue and Indian School Road. Fire crews said nine people were involved in the crash, six of which are in critical condition.
The six critically hurt were all taken to local trauma centers in the area. A 48-year-old man was taken to the hospital in stable condition, and two additional people refused transport to the hospital.
Additional information regarding the crash was not available.
Phoenix police are investigating and advise drivers to avoid the area.
