Police say two people sitting at a bus stop were shot in an overnight shooting in west Phoenix.
The shooting happened around 11:30 p.m. on Wednesday in the area of 27th Avenue and Indian School Road.
According to Phoenix police, a man sitting in a pickup truck at a 7-Eleven convenience store fired numerous shots at the two people sitting at a bus stop. The shooting victims were transported to the hospital and are expected to survive.
The shooting is under investigation; however, the victims were said to initially not be cooperating.
