Phoenix police have identified two men wanted in a deadly shooting at a QuikTrip on September 29.
Police say 19-year-old Derrick Goode Jr. and 21-year-old Robert Walls are responsible for the death of 31-year-old Adam James.
The incident happened at the QuikTrip near 41st Avenue and Union Hills Drive just before 9 p.m.
Police say illicit drugs were found in the victim’s car, but did not release details on what was found or the circumstances.
A surveillance photo of Goode was released by police Tuesday.
Police and SWAT units were led to a nearby apartment complex early Friday morning where at least one of the two were believed to be hiding. Several units of the apartment complex were evacuated as a precaution, but no arrests were made.
