At least eight people were sent to hospitals after a three vehicle collision on the eastbound lanes of Interstate 10 at Riggs Road, officials said.
The Chandler Fire Department said the rear-end collision involved 15 people total.
Two individuals, an 18-year-old woman and a pregnant woman in her 20s, were sent to hospitals in serious condition.

The multi-vehicle collision had shut down the eastbound lanes of I-10 at Riggs Road, but the lanes were later reopened.
Officials do not know the cause of the crash just yet, but they are investigating.
